The county Osterholz: A region of many possibilities
The county Osterholz (state Niedersachsen) with its 650 square kilometers is a direct neighbour of the Hanseatic city Bremen. The communities Schwanewede, Ritterhude and Lilienthal verge on the borders of Bremen. A bit further off lie the communities Grasberg and Worpswede, as well as the municipality Hambergen.
